Experience cancellation policy

Hosts may cancel experiences due to weather, emergencies, or safety issues. Hosts who cancel for reasons other than weather, emergencies, or safety may incur at 20% penalty fee from Delve Experiences.

If a host cancels an experience, they must refund full booking fees to customers, unless an alternate booking is agreed upon by both the hosts and guests. If hosts repeatedly cancel experiences, their listings may be removed from Delve Experiences at the discretion of the Delve Experiences team.

Guests who no-show are not eligible for a refund. Guests who have a conflict arise may request a rebooking for an alternate time or day; acceptance of the rebooking request is up to the host. Bookings are generally nonrefundable. Specific questions may be directed to hosts first and escalated as needed to the Delve Experiences Support Team.
