Join us for a festive and creative holiday experience creating a Christmas-themed, succulent fairy garden!

This festive, family-friendly workshop invites participants of all ages to create their own enchanting miniature garden with a holiday twist.

Guided by our expert crafter, you’ll learn how to design a tiny Christmas scene filled with magical fairies/seasonal characters, mini succulents and evergreens, and charming holiday decorations.

Create Your Own (Succulent) Winter Wonderland

Each participant will be provided with a tray, soil, and an assortment of seasonal decorations, holiday figurines, and sparkling lights. We’ll guide you through arranging your miniature plants, choosing a focal point, and adding wintery details to bring your Christmas fairy garden to life. Kids and adults alike will love the creativity of crafting and the joy of taking home their own little holiday garden to enjoy throughout the festive season and beyond!

Please note, we ask that children are accompanied by a grown up who will stay with the child throughout the workshop.

What’s Included in This Experience

Each arrangement is $40, and works best when done individually or done collaboratively between one child and and a parent or guardian (there is no extra charge for a helping adult or for younger siblings 0-3).

The experience includes:

  1. A 12 inch container, soil, and a selection of mini plants
  2. Fairy figurines, and seasonal decorations
  3. Step-by-step guidance from an experienced horticulturalist and floral designer
  4. Espresso, pastries and soft drinks will be available to purchase from our Garden Cafe, to enjoy while crafting.

NOTE: A selection of our specialty poinsettias are also available to add onto your ticket for pre-order and pick-up during the workshop. Buying them here lets you learn more about this holiday plant and supports a local farm dedicated to providing community education.

More Holiday Cheer: Add Poinsettias!

Take home more holiday cheer and support a local farm by adding poinsettias to your ticket. These beautiful plants are holiday staples, and will brighten your table or windows all season long. See list below and add as desired into your cart at checkout.

The owner of Flori Kulture Gardens has an intimate knowledge of every flower and plant they carry, what it takes to grow them and what it takes to care for them so they continue to bring you joy long after they hand them over to you.

They are wholeheartedly committed to teaching and passing on knowledge of what plants, food and flowers thrive in our North Texas climate, and how to build beautiful and sustainable kitchen and cut-flower gardens in your own backyard.

They are a “sustainable first” business. This means their plants are sown and grown in our McKinney & Celina gardens where they employ organic, regenerative farming practices, or they are sourced from trusted local partners with a similar ethos. Flori Kulture Gardens is on a purposeful journey to spread joy and a spirit of community through floriculture.
