THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT ORGANIZED FOR THE HERITAGE NATURE ACADMEY. The group payment includes up to 22 people, with all attendees age 4+ needing tickets to this event. Additional tickets can be booked on this page for $12/person.
Much of this field trip takes place indoors and it is very unlikely to be canceled due to weather. The field trip will include an overview of the farm from Timberview Farmstead staff, as well as ability to explore the different animal stations and other barns and activities happening on the farm. There is also a large pavilion available for lunches.
There will be another large group at the farm during the same time, but it’s a large space and can accommodate all.

Learn a bit about everything in farm life! Timberview Farmstead is a teaching farm in Fort Worth, Texas designed to guide all who come toward a more deeply rooted life, through farm-based education, culinary experiences, and community-centric programming.
This field trip experience includes stations such as:
- Sheep/Goat Barns
- Large Animal Barn
- Small Animal Barn
- Poultry Barn/Duck & Goose Pond
- Aquaponics Greenhouse
- Outdoor Garden/Composting/Vermiculture
Visitors will receive an introduction to the farm and tour by Timberview teachers, and then be free to wander the grounds to futher explore or have lunch. This field trip runs 10 am to 1 pm, and may include lunch or snack breaks as needed in the farm’s stunning Amish-made pavilion, which includes tables and chairs. Any sack lunches or coolers can remain at the pavilion as you walk through the farm portion of the field trip.
There are bathrooms and one air-conditioned barn space available onsite. Each person age 4 and up will need a ticket to attend this event. Please let the us know if you are bringing anyone with special needs that will need specific accommodations: support@delveexperiences.com.

The hands on stations were just as informative and fun. We did not want to leave and will absolutely be going back! AMAZING!!!!
