- Review our availability calendar
- Pay reservation fee to hold the days. You can indicate the intended start time and estimated number of guests in your booking – this will not affect the reservation fee.
- Confirm event size, location, time, needs, and finalize pricing
- Note: If final agreement is not confirmed within 5 days, 80% of reservation fee will be returned and booking will be canceled.
- Make final payment, either through organizer as lump sum or can be set to collect individually from participants (rules will apply)
- Hold event
