Meet the Harmony Ranch alpaca herd during this farm tour in Alford, Texas. Tours are open to all ages, and free for children 0-5 years old. Alpacas are gentle, curious livestock, making this tour great for family outings, church groups, homeschool field trips, novel dates, and those curious about owning alpacas.
Tours will last about 45 minutes to 1 hour, with time at the end to explore and shop in the farm store. During the tour you will see the farm setup, learn a bit of the history of alpacas as a livestock breed, and have plenty of interaction with the alpacas and their livestock guardian dogs. Keep your cameras ready to capture alpaca antics and make beautiful memories with those you love.
Visitors should be wear close-toed shoes that can get dirty, and be prepared for moderate walking outdoors. Tours happen rain or shine (partly indoors). Tours require group of 5 or more paid participants; if minimum is not met we will offer option to pay, reschedule, or refund. Refunds will not be offered if tour is held.
