Five pound hardwood substrate fruiting mushroom grow bag. King Oyster (Pleurotus Eryngii) grows a cluster of creamy colored (can vary) stem and caps that blend together giving the mushroom a trumpet shape. When we ship the bag, the sawdust inside will appear to be nearly all white; which is the mycelium that has colonized the substrate. You will also receive a small water spritzing bottle to keep the growth site hydrated. To get mushrooms to grow, all you will have to do is make a small incision on the bag and spritz it with water a couple of times a day.
