How We Earn (and Why It’s Low Risk)
- Listing is free—there are no setup or monthly fees.
- Delve takes a 20% commission on bookings, and we cover payment processing fees, so you keep things simple.
- Any required sales tax is collected from the customer, not you.

FAQ: Common Questions From Farms
Do I need insurance to list an experience?
Yes, farms should have general liability coverage. Some experiences may require adding Delve as an additional insured party. We’ll guide you through this if needed.
How do payouts work?
We process all payments through Stripe and you are paid via direct deposit.
What about cancellations?
You set your own policies within our guidelines. Our standard policy: visitor cancellations are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed when possible.
What if I want to block out dates?
No problem. For request bookings, you set the dates guests can request. For instant booking, you decide what dates/times to publish.
Who collects and remits sales tax?
You confirm whether sales tax applies to what you offer. If applicable, Delve collects sales tax from the customer at checkout. You remain responsible for reporting and remitting it on your regular tax return.
Is there a minimum number of experiences I need to offer?
