Mitch was incredibly knowledgeable and his enthusiasm for farming and history was infectious. I was impressed with the scale of the operation and the quantity of food produced. My kiddos were thrilled to be able to harvest turnips and the biggest head of cabbage we've ever seen! Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we look forward to coming back!

The tour was amazing!! Mitch is a great tour guide with a ton of information about each field. You can definitely tell it is his passion, and he loves every bit of it. I have been doing some research and trying to learn about the acequia system. It was great to see it in action, and see how it is has not been changed in over 300 years. I would like to recommend having a ranger go as well. I know the mission itself wasn't the main topic of the mission, but there were quite a few questions that Mitch could not answer. Thank you so much for the opportunity to take this tour at the mission. I am definitely interested in future tours.
