Delve began with a simple question:
“Why is it so hard to just… visit a real farm?”
As a mom in the Dallas suburbs, I wanted an easier way to connect families, schools, and communities with the land—through hands-on experiences that were educational, joyful, and real.
So I bootstrapped a tiny website and started working nights—carving out time between everything else life demands—to build something new:
A platform where anyone could discover meaningful farm experiences. Not just pumpkin patches or festivals, but real, working farms—where people grow food, care for animals, and share what they know.
🚜 Why We Started in Texas
We launched Delve in Dallas–Fort Worth because it's where I live, and we were quickly joined by a handful of passionate farms and supportive early adopters. The response was instant and encouraging:
- 🐝 Urban beekeepers opened their gates
- 🐐 Goat farms welcomed field trips
- 🍓 Families and homeschoolers started exploring food, land, and animals firsthand
From there, we grew:
- To Austin and San Antonio, where growers blend tradition and innovation
- To Houston, where urban farms are reimagining what food production can look like in a city
- To small towns and hidden corners of Texas with producers who are deeply rooted in the land

💬 Why This Matters
Delve isn’t just about clicks or trends. It’s about building lasting connections—to land, to food, to people. It’s about discovering the beauty (and sometimes the mess) of real working farms.
So whether you’re a parent in Fort Worth, a teacher in San Antonio, a nature club in Georgia, or a family in Kansas City hoping to visit a farm someday—we’re building this for you.
We’re not everywhere yet. But we’re growing. And we hope you’ll grow with us.
